Total H3 cellular control lysate HTRF®
Overview
This cell lysate provides a validated mean to assess total H3.
This positive control will allow researchers to exclude any detection issue when running the assay on a particular cell background, and to identify potential expression modulation, e.g. induced by compound cell stimulation.
The lysate was made from SUDHL6 stimulated cells which contain a detectable level of histone H3.
